Smokey Mountains – How did I do this?

Smokey Mountains – How did I do this? I took this image of the forest in the Smokey Mountains National Park while teaching a Mentor Series trek over the weekend.  The image is not manipulated!  I took it with my Nikon D4, handheld, and used a slow exposure of 1 second.  During the exposure I slowly tilted the camera upwards.  If you like to take an image like this, you would need to take several images in order to get a variety of different effects.  I have posted different photos below with different movements.  https://phototours.us

Forest scene: during the exposure I started to move the camera after the shutter opened. This way I got some leaves not too blurry. Nikon D4, Lens:24-70mm f/2.8G, Focal Length: 31mm, Aperture: f/16, Shutter Speed: 1s, Exposure Comp.: -0.3EV
