Sedona, Chimney Rock Trail

We hiked this moderate, picturesque trail with stunning views of Capital Butte, Coffee Pot Rock, and Steamboat Rock. The trail circles beautiful Chimney Rock, climbing in a few areas and descending in others. In addition to the astounding panoramas, we passed through interesting vegetation including prickly pear, agave, yucca, juniper and pines. The hike is about 1 1/2 miles long.

To Get There: Heading south on 89A from downtown Sedona take a right on Coffee Pot Road. Take a left on Sanborn Dr. and then a right on Adante. Follow Andante to the end of the road where you will find parking and the trail head.
